Just make sure to rinse them first. :)helen ethel studiohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10501979159677726206noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2201323934217979960.post-61174480801603056082011-05-08T12:12:02.789-04:002011-05-08T12:12:02.789-04:00This recipe looks delicious. But in the meantime, here is a very informative post on roasting garlic: http://simplyrecipes.com/recipes/roasted_garlic/

I basically do it the same way-preheat oven 400 F., slice a 1/2 inch away from the top of a whole head of garlic (keeping skins on) - (I think I've done this without slicing the garlic, by the way), place in baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 400 for about a half hour or so. Once cooled, I just squeeze the garlic out of the cloves. It's a messy job, but someone's got to do it!! -and it's delicious!helen ethel studiohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10501979159677726206noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2201323934217979960.post-16086805702783264562011-04-13T09:31:13.823-04:002011-04-13T09:31:13.823-04:00This soup sounds amazing!
